Edge Rules

Edge rules are configurations applied at the edge servers of a Content Delivery Network (CDN) to control how requests are processed and responses are delivered. These rules allow customization of behavior, such as redirecting URLs, modifying headers, caching specific content, or applying security measures like blocking IPs or enabling HTTPS. Since they are executed at the edge, closer to end-users, edge rules help improve performance, enforce policies, and enhance security without involving the origin server.
