To connect Dropbox with 5centsCDN Critical Backup, here are the steps:
- Log into the Dropbox App console with your Dropbox Account.
- Choose an API => Usually, this should be “Dropbox API”.
- Choose the type of access you want to use => ‘Full Dropbox’ or ‘App Folder’. If you want to use Team Folders, “Full Dropbox” is required, and you must “Name” your app.
- Switch to the Permissions tab.
- Enable at least the following permissions: account_info.read, files.metadata.write, files.content.write, files.content.read, sharing.write. The files.metadata.read and sharing.read checkboxes will be marked, too. Click Submit.
- Switch to the Settings tab.
Fill out the OAuth2—Redirect URIs as https://5centscdn.net, https://5centscdn.net/dashboard, https://cp.5centscdn.net and Add three URLs so that 5centsCDN can authenticate with your Dropbox account. - The App key and App secret values are on the Settings tab. The App key setting corresponds to client_id in the 5centsCDN Critical Backup config, and the App secret corresponds to client_secret.
