I am getting this warning message “Bandwidth limiter will be applied if using optimize for HLS/DASH live or HLS/DASH VoD. Please add minimum credit of $400 to remove the restrictions” Why?

For Pay As You Go users, to enable Optimize for Live / VoD, they need to have a minimum credit balance as follows
1. PayG Standard Plan -> $100
2. PayG Volume Plan -> $200
3. PayG Premium Plan -> $300
4. PayG Enterprise Plan -> $400

Otherwise, the bandwidth Limiter will be applied by default to the HTTP Pull & VoD Pull zones and the BW Limit will be restricted to 512kbps / connection.
