You can set the rewind period maximum up to 180 minutes. The value should be between 5 mins to 180 mins. How can I upgrade the rewind period above 180 minutes? A custom setup is needed to upgrade the nDVR rewind period. You can contact our sales team via Ticket or Live Chat.
