5centsCDN’s billing system is designed to provide clarity and efficiency for our customers. Here’s how it operates:
Monthly Renewals
– Renewal Date: Monthly services are automatically renewed on the 1st of every month.
– Payment Deadline: If the monthly invoice is not paid before the 4th of the month or the specified due date, the service will be suspended until payment is received.
Invoice Generation
– Invoice Dates: Invoices for monthly services are generated as follows:
– 24th of the month for months with 30 days.
– 25th of the month for months with 31 days.
Prepaid Billing Cycle
– Payment Requirement: We operate on a prepaid billing cycle, meaning that payment must be completed before utilizing our services. This ensures uninterrupted access to our offerings.
Bandwidth Overage
– Exceeding Limits: If the bandwidth overage protection is disabled and you exceed your allocated bandwidth limit, an overage invoice will be generated on the 8th of the following month.
– Example: If your base bandwidth for August is 1TB and you use a total of 2TB, the overage invoice for the additional 1TB will be generated on September 8th, as the system requires time to accurately calculate usage.
Credits
– Adding Credits: Credits can be added directly through your dashboard. Please note that credits will expire if they remain unused for 365 days. On the 366th day, any remaining credits will be reduced to $0.
– Minimum and Maximum Limits: The minimum amount of credit that can be added is $10, and you can use either PayPal or Stripe to add credits, with a maximum limit of $5,000.
– Manual Recharge: Please be aware that credits are not auto-rechargeable. You must initiate the add fund invoice from the control panel and complete the payment on your end. This ensures full control over your funding process.
By understanding these aspects of our credit and billing system, you can effectively manage your account and ensure a smooth experience with 5centsCDN. For any further questions or assistance, please feel free to reach out to our support team.
