To deploy SSL for your custom domain, you must create a CNAME record in your DNS that points to the CDN hostname. If the CNAME is not properly pointed to the CDN hostname, the SSL deployment will not initiate.

For example, if your CNAME is cdn.yourdomain.com, it must be pointed to our hostname.

Example:
cdn.yourdomain.com -> push111.5centscdn.com

After the CNAME is set up, ensure that it is added to the console and that the appropriate SSL option is configured.

For Live Streaming:

You need to add the CNAME in Dashboard > Live Streams > Global Settings > CNAME/SSL. Once the CNAME is added, you can select the free SSL option.

For Push or Pull Zones:

Add the CNAME in Dashboard > Zones > HTTP/VOD > Push/Pull > Manage > CDN Resource > Custom CNAMEs. Once the CNAME is added, you can enable the free SSL option from the SSL settings.
