- Affiliates will receive a commission for the first purchase made by a new customer who is not in an active sales process with us at the time of the affiliate link click.
- The customer needs to be an active customer for a period of at least 3 months period with us.
- Commissions will be given for a number of services purchased from an affiliate’s link.
An affiliate might receive commission only under such circumstances:- A new user made a purchase using your affiliate link
- Existing customers can purchase additional plans using an affiliate link.
- Only affiliate links can be used to track referrals. Incorrect use of affiliate links will cause an inability to track referrals.
- Affiliate program providers set time limits (cookie life) for owing affiliate payments. No affiliate commission is earned if a referral isn’t purchased within that time limit. You can’t be a billing contact or user of the account referred.
- Fraudulent or stolen attribution is a non-payable event. If we suspect fraud (for example, if we see that signups are all from the same city or IP address) we may require you to prove that the referrals are valid.
